Field Data & Insights Specialist
Job Summary
The Field Data & Insights Specialist provides reporting and analysis that drive smarter decision-making across field operations. This role gives leadership – the Senior Director of Field Ops, Field Operating Director, and the Director of Field Consultants – clear visibility into office performance, consultant effectiveness, and staffing capacity. By pulling from multiple systems (HubSpot, Weekly Snapshot, C-Link, and other tools), the Field Data & Insights Specialist connects the dots between data and day-to-day execution, helping the field team spot challenges early, stay on track with growth and margins, and support smooth transitions during vacancies or leadership changes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Field Consultant & Office Growth Tracking
- Monitor growth rates, hours, and overall performance for each Field Consultant, surfacing insights on strengths, gaps, and trends over time.
- Evaluate whether offices are meeting established standards using HubSpot, Weekly Snapshot, and other internal performance tools.
- Provide leadership with easy-to-digest reporting on consultant effectiveness and office health.
- Performance Alerts & Intervention Support
- Identify underperformance signals that may require an ASPIRE plan or OD intervention, and proactively notify leadership with supporting data.
- Consolidate key metrics into clear updates so leadership isn’t piecing information together from multiple places.
- Vacant Office & Transition Support
- Build comprehensive office profiles when an OD is transitioning out or onboarding into a vacant office—including hours, growth history, margins, and aging summaries.
- Track vacant office performance throughout the transition period to ensure visibility into both short-term gaps and long-term opportunities.
- Field Staffing Oversight Data
- Track Field Staffing Managers’ capacity and performance: number of hours overseen, offices supported, and efficiency trends.
- Provide recommendations to leadership on best practices and patterns observed from top-performing staffing managers.
- Cross-Team Communication
- Serve as a reporting partner for the Senior Director of Field Ops, Field OD, and the Director of Field Consultants.
- Deliver concise updates that highlight not just the numbers, but the story behind them and what it means for action.
- Data Infrastructure & Reporting
- Maintain and improve dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems that keep real-time field performance visible.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in all reporting deliverables.
